We've found the best way to store cables is coiled using the cable ties provided as a properly coiled cable helps relive stress on the cable and the shielding increasing the life of the cable.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive the retuned item we can arrange a refund through payment portal you originally paid for item and they will issue the refund this can take up to 14 Days for recipe of returned item.

We will deliver your item(s) using either Royal Mail or a courier and provide you with tracking information for your order.
Prices are charged as below.
The postcode areas where this surcharge may apply include:
*Courier Delivery to Islands, Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may incur an additional £15 surcharge for delivery.
Islands include postcode areas PO (Isle of Wight), IM (Isle of Man), and TR (Isles of Scilly and remote areas of Cornwall)
Highlands and Islands of Scotland include postcode areas: AB31-38, AB40-56, HS, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36-49, IV51-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-70, PH4-44, PH49-50 and ZE.
Channel Island postcode areas GY (Guernsey) and JE (Jersey).
Northern Ireland postcode BT.
Delivery to the above post codes may incur a £15 surcharge, which will be displayed when you enter your postcode. For orders to all areas listed above, please allow an extra working day for delivery.
Shipping FAQ
When will my order be despatched?
We aim to deliver your goods within 7 working days and will usually despatch within 3 working days of receipt of payment. If you have ordered cables please be aware, as all our cable are made to order and assembled by hand, we occasionally have a backlog, but will contact you to inform you if there is a potential delay.
What happens next?
We will send you a despatch confirmation email once your goods are sent. This email will include service used and any tracking information.
Where will my goods be sent to?
Your goods will be sent to the registered primary address on your PayPal account or the address you have entered upon payment.
What if I am not available for delivery?
If you are unable to accept delivery, please contact the telephone number on the delivery card left, to arrange redelivery or collection from the depot. Any goods returned back to us as undelivered will incur a redelivery charge.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 working days of receipt, providing that the product(s) have not been used or opened and the security seal is still intact. Please state your order reference number in all correspondence.
Damaged goods
If your item(s) is/are damaged in transit then please email us at @bloopmusic.com within 3 working days, then we will then be able to advise you on what to do. We will either arrange for the collection of your damaged goods by our carriers, or request that the goods are returned to us via Royal Mail. In this instance, we will be happy to refund any postage charges incurred.
Changed your mind?
If, upon receipt of goods, you change your mind, you are able to return the goods back to us, in an unused and resalable condition. You will however be liable for the cost of returning the goods.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds due, will be made within 14 working days from receipt of goods by us.Payments
Payment is made via PayPal. We do not store or hold any card payment information at all, and are, at this time, unable to process orders placed over the phone via card payment. You do not need to open a PayPal account to pay for your order. Simply enter the information required when prompted to make your payment.
Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received by us.
