Elites "Hamburg" Players Medium Scale

The Bass Centre's new Elites Hamburg Players are designed especially for medium scale basses and, like our Player Series, feature a roundwound construction with a nickel-plated steel wrap and no silk windings on the string ends.

Hamburg Players offer the full tonal range and durability of a roundwound, steel string but with a smoother, more ‘played in’ feel and a warmer basic tone compared to our Stadium sets. The nickel alloy produces less high-end attack, reducing finger and pick noise, whilst enhancing midrange definition for a full, rich tone.

Incredibly versatile, Hamburg Players are great for soul, funk and vintage styles, as well as modern, alternative rock and pop.
